Nonprofit Finance and Innovation: Implications for Training and Education (2006)
In 2006, at the request of Pittsburgh Social Enterprise Committee, Olszak Management Consulting, Inc. conducted a study Nonprofit Finance and Innovation: Implications for Training & Education. The study aimed to provide a "temperature check" of the local nonprofit mindset and activities regarding financial sustainability, solicit perceptions of social enterprise, and included recommendations for social enterprise training and education. It involved 50 interviews and five focus groups that included 43 nonprofit executives in Pittsburgh.
