  • Conducting market research to assess program and project need and demand, outcomes and impact.

  • Conducting environmental scans and trends analysis that may include the assessment of primary and secondary research such as stakeholder surveys, interviews, focus groups and forums, key informant discussions, analysis of behavioral trends and interests, analysis of demographics, and other planning-related information.
  • Identifying key stakeholders and potentially affected interests, as part of the development of comprehensive project mailing lists and useful databases.
  • Conducting informal fact-finding interviews with key stakeholders to identify issues and values that are important to each project's success.
  • Facilitating meetings, focus groups, panels, and workshops.
  • Developing Internet based information collection and exchange strategies such as web based surveys with tabulation, coding, and translation services.
  • Creating database development, sort and sharing systems that enhance our clients’ efficiency in information access and decision-making.
