Olszak offers skilled facilitators who are uniquely qualified in their ability to work in challenging situations that require thorough preparation, creativity, thinking on their feet and dealing with conflict. Our facilitators keep groups on task and on time. We have facilitated discussions within focus groups, small private groups, business retreats to large (300+) public forums.
We will work together with you to clarify your meeting’s goals and develop a strategy to achieve those objectives. We will evaluate that strategy as the meeting progresses and make adjustments as necessary to ensure that your goals are met.
Some meetings by their nature have a higher level of potential for conflict. Olszak facilitators are skilled in consensus building, conflict resolution and mediation. If necessary, we can coach and prepare meeting participants with ways to communicate effectively by offering suggestions about ways to interact together, improve communication skills and manage conflict using a positive approach.
